No. Nobody can delete a food-safety record, including the owner. Open the record and correct it with a short reason. The original stays visible beside the correction, and both appear in the inspector pack.

SiamSafe asks "What did we do?" and you note the action: moved the food, called the engineer, and so on. If you saved your engineer's number, it's shown right there.

Keep recording. Records are saved on the device first and back up by themselves when you're online again.

Install SiamSafe, tap Sign in, and enter the owner's email and the code we send. Your records come back from the backup. Staff then sign in with their usual PINs.

The owner can remove that device in Settings so it can no longer sign in. Your records are safe in the backup, and PINs are never stored on the tablet.

The owner or a manager sets a new PIN, or switches the person off when they leave. Their name stays on the records they made, because that's part of your evidence.

Open Records and make the inspector pack for the dates they ask about. It shows the records with corrections and sign-offs, and can be saved as a PDF. See For inspections.

Not yet. SiamSafe is on Google Play for Android phones and tablets now, and the iPhone version is coming soon.
