Your kitchen's food-safety diary, in Thai and English.

SiamSafe keeps your temperature, delivery, cooking and cleaning records in one place, on a tablet or phone. It keeps the shape of the paper diary your team already knows, so nobody has to learn a new way of working.

One page a day

Everything your kitchen writes down, in the order you do it

The Today screen lists the day's jobs and shows what's next. Your team taps a job, records it and moves on. Big buttons and a number pad mean a temperature takes seconds.

Start of the day

  • Opening checks
  • Fridges & freezers, morning
  • Deliveries: accept or reject

During service

  • Cooking & reheating
  • Hot-holding
  • Cooling, with the rice rule

End of the day

  • Cleaning list
  • Fridges & freezers, evening
  • Close the day, manager signs
Every weekClose the week: faults and breakdowns, pests, staff sickness, the weekly cleaning and the thermometer check.
When something's wrong

Every problem gets an action

If a fridge reads too warm, SiamSafe doesn't just save the number. It asks "What did we do?", so the record shows the problem and what your team did about it. If you've saved your engineer's number, it's right there to call.

  • Pick the action: moved the food, called the engineer, re-check in 30 minutes
  • The reading and the action are saved together, with who and when
A fridge reading of 9.4°C saved with the action: called the engineer, moved food to another fridge
Records you can trust

Correct it. Never delete it.

Nobody can delete a food-safety record, not even the owner. A mistake is corrected with a short reason, and the original stays visible beside it, crossed through. That's what makes the diary believable when someone else reads it.

  • Every record shows who made it and when
  • Corrections and their reasons appear in the inspector pack too
A fridge reading of 8.5°C crossed through and corrected to 3.5°C with the reason: typed 8.5 by mistake

Each person chooses their language

A chef can work in Thai while the manager reads the same records in English. One tap switches, and the records are the same records.

Made for real kitchens

Built by people who've run restaurant kitchens

Works without internet

Keep recording when the wifi drops. Records are saved on the device and back up by themselves when you're online again.

A PIN for each person

Staff sign in with their own 4-digit PIN, so every record has a name on it. PINs are never stored on the device.

Ready for the inspector

One tap shows the records for the dates you choose, with sign-offs and corrections, and saves them as a PDF.

Allergen table

Keep the 14 allergens for each dish in one table, ready to print.

Staff training record

Short lessons adapted from the FSA's Safer Food, Better Business, with a quiz and a manager's sign-off.

Free, no adverts

The daily records are free. No adverts, no trackers. Your records belong to your restaurant and we never sell them.

Put the paper diary on a tablet

Set up takes about ten minutes: your fridges, your cleaning list and your staff. Then do your first fridge check.
